Yup, I”m having a bit of a slip weekend. All good choices but too much. Kind of cocooning this weekend but did get out to yoga yesterday and two short walks with the dogs- I also parked right out front of the gym going to yoga and thought next weekend (if not in Edmonton), I will go for a spin after yoga.( Points for pre-planning?).
151.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
