So the 20NC Challenge starts today and I'm ready and excited. I weighed myself and surprisingly dropped 4lbs last week. Last week my monthly friend visited and I ALWAYS gain weight when she is around, so I am super happy! I'm so looking forward to this challenge and also the journaling challenge. They will both be tough but I will be diligent and make sure I record everything I eat and feel and also make sure to keep it all 20NC or under....
