Starting week 2 of maintenance. I totally know I am not to have any starchy carbs or sugar for 21 days, and I usually have had the self-discipline to follow the rules, HOWEVER, I had some ripe bananas and a new banana crumble muffin recipe to try last night! I thought I would bake them for my sweetie and freeze one or two for me for later - uh huh. Well the smell was far too tempting and ended up eating one last night and one this morning! Needless to say the muffins are now tucked away in the freezer out of site and mind! WOW, what a great Muffin recipe as it was the first time I had ever made a muffin before! Well enough about the muffins and back on the NO STARCHY CARBS and NO SUGAR wagon for me!
