The past 10 days have been crazy and my fitness has paid the price. Now I have to get refocused and back on track! I need to get this last 25 pounds off without excusses. (not like this week - working 14 hours, traveling, raining outside, family wedding... I have used them all) NO MORE EXCUSSES!
I am going to take the day and get the kitchen restocked with the right foods. Work out my exercise schedule and put myself back as my number 1 priority!
