How ironic that "Veggies Yuk" is in charge of the veggies. Hmmmmm. Have fun with the fireworks and date night. "Not much going on", huh? That's more than me! Color me jealous... 

Mmmmm yes... great that you are being enveloped with veggies!! lol =D Never thought I'd see this day, but so glad that you are coming around. Trust me, I know where you are, I used to be very similar, until I decided to get pg. ;) I'm still working on making them more routine than they are now, though. It seems to take time for me to "come around". lol Keep on rockin' it up Veggies YUM!! =D lol 

It's funny that you keep being faced with the veggies, Veggie. It is said that we learn more from our enemies than our friends, and also that we will continue to be confronted by our enemies until we make them friends. I am glad to know that you are continually on the path to veggies yum! I am also impressed that you like eggplant--I love vegetables, but eggplant--yuk, yuk, double yuk! 

I agree with Evelyn about the irony of you having to bring the veggies to your event. LOL! 

Say! You know what? You remind me that I have probably not been eating enough vegetables! With Phase II of South Beach one falls back in love with fruit and forgets all about those vegetables. It's a constant project to balance everything out. Glad I checked out your journal today. Keep the faith!

At this rate we might have to get your name changed to Veggies Ok... hee-hee. ;o) Loved the sound of the veggie salad too. Hope you have a fantastic fireworks display and keep enjoying those veggies. ;o)
