I did really good over my birthday weekend and didnt even eat any cake! I have 14 lbs to go to get to 200 pounds, then its off to losing even more weight. I joined another challenge to lose 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. I can do this, I have changed my eating habits, been going to the gym almost every day, and walking to subway during the week. All in all, its going to be a good end to the year 2010!
