I am maintaining. I am happy with that. I have lost 38 pounds in the last 19 months and have kept it off and have not yo-yo'd. I am a bit burnt out on meal planning and tracking everything. I am not giving up, I just need a break.
We spend a lot of time on our property during the spring and summer doing landscaping, mowing and gardening. I still feel the need to use my exercise machine as it aids in stress management. We have not swam at the Y in months...I miss that...gotta get a new routine going.
With that said, i still feel good and i know I can make my goal.
