Got my lab results back today, CardioPlus panel from directlabs.com, everything was within normal parameters, my cardio risk is a bit below average. Using DirectLabs was super cheap and easy. I will definitely keep using them once or twice a year to keep track of my baseline health.
I'm hoping to record another loss on the scale tomorrow, if not then, hopefully Friday before I take off for Memorial Day weekend camping. It will be RVing by the river, full hookups, grilling burgers, as American as it gets :P
