totally just binged! =( feeling down about it. i had gotten to a point where i thought i was in total control of food, because i haven't really had the urge to just eat and eat and eat. but, for some reason, today the urge came on really strong. wasn't even hungry!

as soon as i did, i ran to aol instant messenger, and told my boyfriend. he said not to be too hard on myself, and that i should give myself a break. he is right. feels good to write it all out and get it out there and not hide it. i realize i make mistakes, and that's ok.
