Gained about 10 pounds since January and with graduation nearing, I'm ready to start losing my fat! I'm going to go back to my old ways of entering my food and exercise to achieve my goal.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 50.3 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
