I didn't make it to the gym this morning. I'm a little disappointed. However, my lower back is very sore. I'll try to take a walk at lunch.

I made it through night number 1 without eating overnight.

I feel okay.

If I'm not mistaken you cant starve your self and not eat the body need food you just need to make the right choices, and its good to take walk when you didn't get the chance to go to the gym. Just take it day by day, we all gonna get to our goal some day.

Proturbo, I just re-read my journal. That was supposed to say that I made 1 day without eating OVERNIGHT!!! LOL Thanks for looking out for me :)

I tend to eat at 2:00 am. And I'm using the word tend lightly, if you know what I mean.
