It’s haddock Wifey 🤗😋😋 coconut oil bottom, haddock with Jamaican Jerk, basil, lemon pepper, sea salt and pepper, basil, Old Bay, frozen off lemon wedges, a frozen off lemon grass root between all filets, a simple paprika seasoning and garlic. Paired with fruit I didn’t want to waste and a simple Green Giant Zucchini spiral I started in the microwave and finished in a pan Za’ Atar seasoning for veggies and fish.

It is fancy. Looks gourmet to me. And delicious!! I love haddock. Tons of fresh here all the time!

I hate throwing away food!!!! Never!! Either eat it then, or redo it the next day somehow. Food is so expensive here. Big increase in costs of food since 2020 started. Awful. People with big families, idk how they do it! Anyhow, I’m off to bed. Nite! xo 😴 🛌

For reals luv!!😩🙌 If it’s not past it’s time use it 💯. $$ is better spent on spices and value packs of meat/poultry/ seafood . Use and freeze it all. Make this journey a realistic goal🤗🙌💕💜💚. A fancy looking mound of rice, veggies, is just a 1/2 cup to 1 cup measured in a measuring cup. It’s that simple 🤗💕☺️
