Hi! I am at a hotel in Wpg and tghere is internet hookup. What a long day - it took almost 10 hours to get here and I am pooped - and I didn't even do any of the driving!
Breakfast - a blueberry bran muffin and a banana. Coffee.
Lunch - half single serving size bag Doritos. Diet pepsi. (on the road)
Snack - cookie
Supper...ugh...almost a whole reuban sandwich. A few fries and nachos.

My supper calories/points were probably enough for a whole day and then some!
