Good morning all! I haven't been journaling lately, so I thought I better let my friends know that I am still alive & well! ;) This week has been tough on the diet front! I have been having some snack attacks @ all times during the day! I haven't given in to all of them, but I have convinced myself that I needed some of them! God was gracious enough to keep my weight the same thru it all! Hallelujah!!! I am going to do my best to be good this weekend! It is easier for me to make the right choices if I am @ home! When I am @ work, there is snacks & ice cream & junk around nearly all the time! UGH! I am only 14lbs. from my goal weight, but it seems that I have lost the motivation that I once had! I feel the old habits creeping back! FOCUS! FOCUS! FOCUS!

On a positive note: I bought a pair of jeans this week that are a size 10! YAY! I also got a jean skirt that is a size 8! WOOHOO! Even if it is an A-line skirt, it fits! ;) I have gone from a size 18 to a size 10 in 6 months! Unbelievable! I would never have thought that I would get this small! It may not be a size 4 or 6, but when you've been an 18 ... well, a size 10 is small to me! I think that this victory has messed with my mind a bit though! I feel part of myself thinking ... "Well, you've gotten down to a size 10. Why not just stay @ this weight?" But I know that I still have some fat to lose. I can't stop here! I feel great @ this weight, but I need to tone up some more.

Here's to a new day! I'm off to the gym! ;)

WELL THERE YOU ARE!! you can't just go disappearing like that!! You had me worried! I thought you ran off to enjoy a vacation or something WITHOUT me!! LOL ps...size 8 on the skirt??? You're skinny!!
