It is 9:10am and I've had a yogurt and half a cup of coffee with 3 pumps of creamer. I have yet to even sip some water and am looking at a 36oz cup of water and am getting ready to get started on it. I feel really good about the decision to get healthy and will take it one day at a time. I will NOT let my sister, who is slim and can lose weight about as quickly as a man deter me. I will encourage myself and my daughter.

I was eating lunch... mashed potatoes and corn....NO BUTTER. a co-worker walks by and says that's all you're eating... I was like yeah.. just veggies... she said oh, just starch? I felt bad... she didn't want to offend me she was just mentioning how people remove certain things from there diet when the diet should be balanced and include enough of everything.
I will go home and eat my beans and rice for dinner.
I ate about 3 spoonfuls of potatoes and 5 forkfuls of corn. DEFINITELY WORKING OUT TONIGHT!
