Nice comments at the pool yesterday about my legs slimming down. One thing about being an xathelete, there is still muscle underneath that weight gain and it is helping me to feel agile again. I received three interesting books this week The Obesity Code Cookbook (library)and Delay,Don’t Deny and it’s tracking Life Journal (Amazon). Carol, you might really like it. One of the first things I read by Gin Stephens is the importance of ‘clean’IF- meaning when you are not in your window of eating- reframe from any substance- ie. Cream in coffee- this is to get the full metabolic fasting benefit in the body (fat burning mode). This simple reminder may help me get into those lower 50 numbers. Plan to get to yoga soon and then my walk/run in the gravel pit after.- maybe ski this aft. Hope the sun shines for everyone today.
