I feel like I am doing really well on my diet. I rarely eat anything I shouldn't and I am exercising almost every day for an hour of aerobics or body conditioning or at least walking. BUT I am stalled at my current weight. My body just does NOT want to go below 150. I teeter just above or below, but can't get down to my goal of 145.

Actually got below 148 FINALLY, its only 1/2 a pound below, but I will take it! 2.5 pounds to my current goal!
