Went to Golden Corral last night. I got water instead of soda. Started off with a salad to give me a mental feeling that I ate a lot. Had roasted chicken thigh, squash, little piece of steak and broccoli, then a roll w/ honey butter. Kept it as healthy as possible and at the end of the night kept my daily total calorie intake under 1200. Before i left to the buffet I looked up Golden Corral on fat secret and got an idea of how much calories were in their food. It helped me so much. I knew what to grab and deffinatly what not to grab. I am so proud of myself.
