I am setting a goal weight of 150, which means I am going to lose 86.4lbs over the next year.
I have decided to do some moderate activities in addition to my daily activity. I will weigh in once a week on Mondays and I am not going to choose a diet to follow. I will simply add more fruits and vegetables and keep track of my calorie intake.
Watch me go!
