So, I got my raw vegan granola bars completed and wrapped and stored in an airtight container. And of course I ate two of them. They were delicious. I feel really good today, just lazy. I'm still losing weight, so I'm very happy about that. Tomorrow is cheat day, and I'm already planning what I want to eat. I haven't had anything "cooked" since last Wednesday, nor have I had any meat in over two weeks. The little devil on my shoulder says 'oh, get some hot wings or a real burger' and the angel says 'get a veggie burger and onion rings or a salad with fatty dressing you like'. I want to splurge a little for sure, but I don't know if I want to do meat. A veggie burger dipped in hot wing sauce might curb that craving.

I say its better to stick with the veggie options because the meat will be to heavy. :)

Good advice! I think I will do the veggie burger and a salad maybe. The burger still has mayo and all the fixins on it, so its like Im being bad, but not too bad really.

Oooh I have a recipe for a meatless meatball that one of my friends gave to me. She let me taste one (she's vegetarian)a few months back and I've been hounding her for the recipe ever since.
It's called Vegetable Manchurian, an Indo-Chinese dish. Veggies finely chopped and formed into balls with flours and deep fried, then served with a soy-sauce based sauce.
I told her if I ever went Vegetarian, I would eat these daily because I will NEVER miss the meat.

Mmmmmmm, I love any oriental recipe...lol. I don't miss meat so much. I do miss cooking. Kinda limits my options when I eat only raw. SO, deep frying will be out of the question :(
