I am starting the "Get Healthy" way of losing weight, so there is not too much stress for me. I do not want to have fat anywhere on my body anymore, I am hoping to just do the healthy diet and substitute meat products with vegan options such as mayonnaise; I switched to Veganaise which is delicious and tastes the exact same as regular mayo. I am drinking almond dark chocolate milk and vanilla almond milk as substitute but I love the taste of them and gotten used to the taste. I also have sometimes soy milk.
I make kale shakes which are fresh and yummy with a lovely earth flavour.
One of these days I will be starting a 3 day juice cleanse. :)

I've been doing the raw vegan diet since April 28th and it has changed my life. I love nut milks- coconut milk being my favorite- and replacing everyday foods with raw options. One of my other buddies on here had some Korean food that I love yesterday on her food tracker, and I thought "why cant I make a raw vegan version of that?". The minute I changed my mind about losing weight, and made it about getting healthy, something inside me snapped.

Coconut milk is awesome. I use these nut milks for baking and no eggs as well oil is the best substitute or egg replacer. I also drink them and have them with cereal.
I understand the ''something inside me snapped" because right now its like that for me, I am just so annoyed of this extra fat, not fitting right in clothes and the whole thing just annoys me. So its time to change for the better and feel good! :) I will dress for 'the now' and own it anyways

I've been making 'kale chips' the past two nights. My first batch got inhaled! I was sooo blown away at how good they were. I'm making a batch tonight to store in a container for later snacking. Have you tried them yet? If not, you MUST try these things!!!!
