Hi
Easier that I thought😊 Buns are delicious: crunchy outside and soft, firm inside. Here's the recipe:
150g almond flour
50 psyllium husk
10g baking powder
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons apple vinegar or cider vinegar
220~240 boiling water
Method:
Mix dry ingredients in bowl, add egg whites & vinegar and combine. Add boiling water but not all because mine was to liquid and I ended up adding little bit of psyllium. Work a dough not long just to combine well and shape into 8 buns - flat round.

Get oven ready to 175°C.
Moist buns with some oil (olive, rapeseed) and put on baking paper.
I baked mines for 45 mintes (fan circulation oven).
You could top buns with some seeds before baking if you fancy.
Make sure to take buns out of oven so they not dry out to much😉
