Walkin' in the woods early morning for great exercise. Trademark breakfast with tomato, celery, kale, egg yokes, and flax smoothie. Made a food exception to walk down a hot dog and fries from the truck (yum!). Frozen yogurt with fruit and nits.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
