Set 1 & 4 was cut off :(
Its Kettlebell: swing, snatch, lunge clean & press & Highpull. Rinse and repeat. Set 1 with 8kg Kettlebell, Set 4 with 10kg Bell. Each exercise 30 seconds on, 5 off. Basically giving yourself a chance to change position. Did this workout Friday and Sunday. Might do it again Tuesday with some deadlifts thrown in. Feeling good!!!
