I just began on the Atkins induction phase - once again. I lost 25 lbs on it in 2009. I stopped and gained it all back slowly. I have now tipped the scales at one of my all-time high weights.

I attempted the Atkins last October without success. I couldn't put my finger on the problem. I am not drinking diet soda. I drank too much in my failed fall diet.

I am hoping to get into the groove soon.

This morning I slipped and threw a breath mint in my mouth.

If you have not been able to keep the weight off, then how do you plan to do it this time? I would suggest finding a lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of your life - just learn how to eat healthy and reduce your calories to lose weight. Don't go on a "diet" that will end when you reach goal.
