Yeah you read that right, 4700 calories yesterday. In my defense, it was my boyfriend's birthday and we boiled crawfish, which have a ton of calories in them. That ice cream cake from Albertsons sure didn't help either. I did walk some after dinner, but not nearly enough to work off all those calories. I hope this one day doesn't undo all the work I've been doing.
