Is anyone here familiar with Miracle Rice? www.miraclenoodle.com. It is supposed to be a rice substitute that is more like rice than cauliflower is and I'm curious, but it isn't cheap. Also known as shirataki rice.

I've used the noodle version. It's definitely keto friendly, and a useful filler in food, but not exciting. Worth a try; I keep it and use it occasionally, when pasta or rice seems like a good addition. Be sure to rinse it several times before cooking.

In reading the reviews, the noodles appear to be more successful than the rice.

I’ve never tried it, but I’m currently addicted to cauliflower rice! 😂

I grew up eating rice every day, and while I love cauliflower in any form, it does not replace my desire for rice. And I do eat rice fairly often, but it would be nice if I could find a low calorie substitute for sometimes.

I have eaten the noodles, got them in the grocery store. They were good, makes for a quick substitute for spaghetti, but have to be rinsed A LOT as they stink when you first open them. But just heat & serve.
I love cauli rice as well as broccoli rice.

Spaghetti squash is a great sub for regular pasta spaghetti. Only rice sub I know of is cauliflower rice. I imagine it needs extra salt to taste better but butter and some chili as help too.
