The good—I’ve been off exercises since April, and now am rounding out to about 70% of previous max. The scale finally moved after approximately three weeks. I’ve been on a 30 day sugar fast and have kept to it, unless there was hidden sugar in things I was unaware (except 1/3 cup of my daily Kashi cereal) Yeah crazy, started this before Christmas, wifey wasn’t amused. It’s only been two weeks since I took body measurements, but was curious: waist dropped 1”, biceps gained about ¼” and my chest stayed the same. Each week I’m gaining strength, while losing minimal weight. Here’s the head game. I know I’m on the right path due to the numbers, but not seeing the scale drop is hard on the emotions. So you know what? Yup, suck it up buttercup and move forward. Cheers all!
