Well, we had a great time with family this weekend in Alabama. Lots of laughter, swimming with the kids, playing games, talking about old times, and ... of course, enjoying good food! I was really BAD on Saturday, but recovered (food-wise) yesterday. My weight is still reflecting my bad choices on Saturday, but I know that I can pull it back down. It's back to the gym & eating right today! Hubby & I are off work together today, so I am looking forward to it! Wish me luck! ;)
168.6 lb Lost so far: 51.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Unfortunately I was right there with you through this weekend! I'm paying for the horrible choices I have made over the past 4 or 5 months also...what was I thinking. We had a blast & enjoyed hanging out with ya'll. You look fabulous & I can't wait to get up there to see ya'll. You know we just look for a reason to take a motorcycle trip. Next time though I will be 5 lbs lighter, thats a goal! Have a wonderful day off & tell JB hello for me!
