Spent 6 hours at an Urgent Care facility addressing long-standing health issues.
One of my many faults is ignoring my health issues.
Yesterday, I finally learned that I don’t have cancer, I don’t have kidney stones and the intense lower back pain is sciatica and degenerative discs.
Not good because the pain is absolutely crippling BUT my issues aren’t as bad as they could be!
So...what am I going to do about it?
I am going to support myself by losing weight and getting myself in the best condition I can.

praise the Lord. my hubby has the hip and degenative spine disease. very painful, but he has good days and bad days . Just good to be able to breath, see,hear, walk and tslk.
