Thanks, Amee for the intro. I'm going to reach my goal before moving to Hong Kong b/c I'm worth it & I love myself! No more self sabatoge. I have to keep away from the factors that cause sabatoge (drinking too much wine causes me not to care about what I'll eat). Hey, where do I go to accept buddy requests? LOL. Hi everyone!
