Gina Grant is absolutely the best Zumba instructor on the face of the earth, in my humble opinion! I had so much fun today that the intense workout felt like a party with 60 or so great friends. I was soaked with sweat (even in a sleeveless top) when I left, yet still felt good enough to go shopping at Costco, Target, come home & put everything away, do laundry, and start the dough for making my own home made hamburger buns for dinner tonight.

I'm using the beer bread recipe, so they should taste great! I have fresh ripe tomatoes to put on the ground turkey breast burgers, maybe some thin slices of sweet onion. I bought buns in case mine don't work out as hamburger buns; they'll make good rolls or odd dough lumps baked on my DeMarle cookware if they fail to look like buns, lol.

The sun is shining, which helps everything seem just a little bit better. My foot hurts, but I'm still getting things done. I signed up for Facebook yesterday and am trying to get the hang of it, have friends and family already even if I'm not quite sure what I'm up to.

Oh, one of my Zumba pals (of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Zumba Pants) brought me some fresh eggs today that her hens laid, a whole dozen; looking forward to trying them. Another Zumba pal is cooking beans & I believe she plans on bringing me a container of them to the gym tomorow morning, super yum!

Life is so good! I have my partner doing some of the same stretches I do every day, as well as some exercises, and is feeling less pain; sees doctor today looking for some physical therapy. Soon (I hope) will accompany me to a Silver Sneakers class! I'm going to one tomorrow morning, hmmmm.

Almost time to try to turn a bunch of dough into hamburger buns, later buddies!

What an amazing upbeat journal! And it all sounds wonderful. You got so much done and your dinner sounds yum. Glad you enjoyed your Zumba class, it certainly seems to energize you. Hope today is just as awesome.
