Any green smoothies out here, and BTW when one says 1 Cup greens does that mean packed? That always confuses me because one leaf of kale placed in a cup is a cup, but if you pack it like going on a month long trip then you can pack 10 leafs in the same cup. Any help and and recipes are welcome. I'm not a picky eater.
