So insanely sore after my kettle bell workout yesterday. It's funny because although i worked up a killer sweat during my workout yesterday I felt fine otherwise an thought to myself, damn did it work? Woke up this morning and you can bet your ass it worked lol. I banged out my usual elliptical and swimming workout today regardless. I'm in it to win it. And although I'm dropping pounds I think my ultimate goal has become to be fit. Like an athlete, like one of those girls you know could whoop your ass lol. Thats who I want to be, and I'm working on it every day!
