Starting the 3rd day of maintaining a 2000kCal diet. 1st two days went well, some challenge, even shaved off a little extra yesterday due to exercise. Cheers!
278.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
