Yesterday was sort of my cheat day as we went to Chili's, I must have had a meal that had a lot of salt in it. In spite of drinking quite a bit of water last night; I didn't have go this morning as much as usual and my weight reflected that. I am definitely on the mend as I did get in a 25 min workout last night. No weight loss today is no big deal I guess as long as there wasn't any weight gain either. Hard to believe that Friday is already here.
218.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
