My weight has remained static. I'm moved in and starting to get more organized about eating home-made food. I've definitely dropped my carbs, but also fruits. I'm still working on finding a balance. My average daily calorie burn is up, and I'm doing a much better job of getting some walks in... although I'm currently itchy all over from blackfly bites. No worries.. it'll be winter soon.
