I'm having a very difficult time getting back on track. I'm taking a break from the scale because I know the number would just bring me down. Monday I start a 5:30am intense cycling class and I know that will help me to get back into a workout routine and the eating will follow as I won't want to undo all the hard work with bad choices. In the meantime, it will be a busy weekend. Family home for a close family friend's wedding - I'm so looking forward to spending time with my grandson and spoiling everyone. My daughter just went back to work which I know is a hard adjustment after a baby. She is a special ed teacher and assistant cross country coach so is working 12 hour days right now and still trying to pump/breast feed. I think she deserves a little spoiling this weekend.

Yes, she deserves a lot of spoiling. Enjoy your weekend, the wedding, and Noah! You will get back on track - I have faith in you. I am reading my book today - it is helping - the more I get into it, the better it gets. You are still below goal so I think you are doing well!

Good for you, starting a 5:30 am intense cycling class, wow!!! Cycling has always kicked my butt..haha! Sounds like you have an amazing daughter...and grandbaby!!! I have a granddaughter (my son's baby girl). Isn't it GREAT!!! Lucky us!! And yes, she definetly deserves alot of spoiling :-)

CathyJo, enjoy your new grandson and yes, by all means, spoil him and your daughter too!!! You WILL get back on track starting with your 5:30 am class...lol...that's pretty early darlin'...Eating is something we must be ever viligant about...forever and a day it seems! I think you're still doing very well tho...below the blue line is GOOD...!! huggggggies
