Have not followed the Challenge very well since I was so sick for a couple days. Ate some real food today, and regretted it tonight. Been drinking mostly water, today decided on some real soda, bad idea. Also because the turkey and bread stayed down at lunch, I ate an iced brownie tonight, plus some other junk another bad idea....I got sick again. Back to water for now.
