I want to stress personal care the month of April, by concentrating on drinking water, using the face master and applying sun screen daily. Of course, attempt more exercise and daily movements.
1. Put bottled water in easily seen area of refrigerator 2. A.M. routine 3. Get out and about with walking and exercise
I hope this is not an "April Fools" entry!
