Down 1.8lbs. this week! I will take that & run with it! I changed up my workout routine this week & my muscles are still screaming @ me! I am sure that I would have loss more, but my muscles are retaining H2O to repair @ this point. Oh, and 2 church meals yesterday didn't help me any either! Oh, well! Here's to a new week! Good luck everybody! Keep movin'!!!!!!
