So, I had a couple days off work, and totally ruined the new "diet". I ate so much crap yesterday. I think the healthiest thing I ate yesterday was some Wheatsworth crackers. I actually only ate the suggested serving size. I did not do so hot with today's food intake either. I seem to do better when it is during the work week. Tomorrow I am going to try a new recipe that I found here on Fatsecret.
