Yesterday before I left work one of the ladies who is retiring soon brought in a tray of cookies from one of the best cookie places in town, and I resisted. I was drooling over them and wanted one so bad, but I knew if I ate one before I left, then worked out, I would feel horrible during my workout, so no cookie for me. Devil cookies, you are no match for my will power! Yesterday anyway. I would like to lose about 5 lbs. by May 24th, when we go on a short vacation with the family. If I want to reach that goal I have to get in gear. I've got about 9 weeks, it seems like it should be longer. 5 lbs. in 9 weeks is possible, but I need to stay out of the junk food! Happy Hump Day!!
