Two workouts today! Didn't feel like doing my video workouts, so opted for cardio on the treadmill around lunch time. Not sure if this will effect weigh-in; since I know you burn more with a weight-training/cardio routine, but hopefully it'll keep me on track anyway.
FOOD INTAKE: Breakfast: Choco-Coffee(?) Visalus Shake Lunch: Dinner: Sinigang na Baboy + White Rice Snack: Pralines'n'Cream Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone.....sure hope this doesn't screw me over.
MORNING WORKOUT: 1. Treadmill (Burned 241 calories & 75.4 fat cals) for 25 minutes. ....holy cow, that's a lot of sweating in just 25 minutes! Let's hope it helps!
EVENING WORKOUT: 1. Treadmill (Burned 424 calories & 132 fat cals) for 43 minutes. ....Lotsa sweatin' goin' on hea! Love it! I hope it means something good!
....so I was pretty depressed. I found out today that my dog has heart worms. Can't afford treatments. Worried that she'll start declining, so I'm hoping she lives a long and good life. I feel so bad.... :(
