My weight on Dec 18, 2012 was 241 I started over this day so from that date to this date I am down 26 lbs not w3hat I expected but better than where I was.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
