So I swapped scales today. It seems the new scales are much more accurate so I have recorded my weight on the new scales, eventhough it appears I have gained nearly 2 kgs! Thats ok I will keep weighing on my new scales. Hopefully will see the difference tomorrow morning and Wednesday morning. I am keeping to under 1200 calories a day, and am also trying to do 16:8 way of life. Today was a complete success and so I hope it will be reflected on the scales tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
