Just returned from a 40 nights 41 day vacation and was surprised I did not gain any weight! My wife lost a few and I 1 pound. We ate too many carbs some days when travelling however we did a lot more walking.

Lost so far: 27.0 lb.
Still to go: 15.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
