Current Weight: 152.5 lbs.
Goal Weight: 124 lbs.

Breakfast:
1 bottle of water
2 bites of red rice & beans (G's breakfast)
1 Kellog's Granola Bar

Lunch:
1 bite of G's mini beef ravioli

Dinner:
Shared a plate of Kalua Pig, 2 corn tortillas, & about 1 c. (or less) of homemade frigoles.

1 Bottle of Water

Dessert:
A slice of German chocolate cake (one square from a 13x9 in. pan).

*Waters: 2.5 bottles
