So thinking, down days Monday and Fridays - 500-600 calls, with the day following up days (16/8-18/6) and the rest 19/5 so a basic 2:5 ratio for at least 3 months as a tweak- so till at least Jan 18. Also down days Spring. Solid tweak. Up days 2 full meals , 6-8 hr window Will weigh this week and record and again monthly while on this tweak.
