1st time experimenting with riced cauliflower

I make riced cauliflower, broccoli, n chicken casserole with parm on top. (a modified chic divan) Its really hearty n delish.

Amazing work, man!!! 166 lbs. I steam it, takes about 6 minutes, eat it with fried eggs like grits, make mashed like mashed potatoes, eat it like rice.

it took me a bit of experimenting to like it- my brain kept saying "not rice, not rice"....but with some addition of other flavors I've come to like it ok. best of luck finding your magic!

It was delicious. I added a little teriyaki sauce so I didn't even notice that it wasn't rice.

Yes, and it's nice to know that you've just eaten something that's actually good for you, and not just empty, insulin-spiking calories.
